Brand redesign and digital ecosystem
The challenge
San2 had no designer. Its brand image had become outdated for the clients it serves (operators of critical infrastructure, transport and banking), and much of its internal management, such as incident tracking, was done in Excel spreadsheets.
What I did
- Brand. I redesigned the corporate identity, moving from the old multicoloured mosaic to a sphere of flowing bands that keeps the palette as a symbol of sustainability. I then applied it everywhere: technical proposal and invoice templates, roll-ups, notebooks, pens and merchandise.
- Corporate website. I designed the new san2.es in Figma and built it in Next.js, bilingual and with content managed from MongoDB. I worked on technical SEO (sitemap, structured data, Search Console), analytics (GA4 and GTM with conversion events) and performance.
- Incident management app. I replaced the Excel sheet with a full-stack web application (Next.js + MongoDB) that imports support emails, groups each incident with all its earlier and later emails, assigns it to an owner and shows statistics.
- AparK2. I designed and built the parking pass application platform for three sites, with automated emails.
- Photo and video for presentations, social media and the website.
Outcome
- Website scoring 100 in Lighthouse for performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO. Total Blocking Time (TBT): from 2,560 ms to 150 ms.
- No email gets lost any more: each incident keeps its full history in a single thread.
- The incident app is used today by the support team and is being rolled out to the whole company, so everyone can see the incidents assigned to them.
- A consistent brand across every medium, from logo to invoice and from website to pen.
